Thank you to all who repled to my previous post. I'm definaty going with BFG. Just 1 more question, The GeForce 6800 GT OC is clocked at 370mhz (350mhz standard) with memory at 1.0ghz and the 6800 Ultra is clocked at 425mhz (400mhz standard) with memory at 1.1ghz so my question, is it really worth paying an extra $100 for slight speed differences? I remember the GeForce 4 Ti series the speed difference between the 4400 and 4600 wasn't worth the 100 bucks difference and that the 4200 was actually the best one, from what i heard on TechTV and PC World.

Nope. Almost anybody I know with 6800 GT was able to overclock higher than Ultra speeds. I would get the GT if I were you.

get an X800 Pro instead...I think it's a slight better than 6800 GT and they both are $399...
