If you don't want to upgrade the power supply, stick to the "under $100" category in this article:

Open side panel and look for pci-e x16 slot, if u have one u can install any pci-e v-card but the issue is 250-300w psu. If u a willing to upgrade psu u can install strong v-card(corsair 450w + nvidia 450gts). There are some gaming v-cards that uses low power(hd 5670, hd 5570/5550 gddr3 or gddr5, 240gt gddr5, hd 4670/4650.

I'll do whatever I need to to enjoy some simple gaming.. Newegg has some combo deals that I wouldn't mind purchasing if it would be worth it. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the help so far.

I would have to say neither. You're spending too much money & not getting your money's worth. If you go with the GT 430, you don't even need to upgrade the PSU. The Radeon HD 5670 is much better & also won't require you to upgrade the PSU. You don't need a 650W PSU anyway.

The Antec 520W in the 2nd combo is a good unit & once you add in the 10% off code & rebate, it will only cost $41. The Gigabyte GTS 450 is out of stock though.
