Its a good gaming rig, not the best though. Might want to flash the 9800SE to 9800NP or Pro.

your mobo's form factor is ATX (pretty standard), and your case is designed for ATX mobos. so you're good to go.

The blanking plate with all the motherboard output holes is removeable. You will get another one packaged in with your motherboard that'll replace the one already on the case and will definitely be compatible with your motherboard.

Here's my take on your list.

Get a mobile 2600+ Barton instead.

Use a wattage calculator prior to settling for your PSU (this may impact your Case selection)

If you insist on the 9800SE and you intend to flash it to Radeon 9800 XT as recommended above, make sure you get the 256-bits/128MB version (it improves your odds, but those cards are hard to find) or save up some more and get something better.

whats the different between the mobile 2600 and the XP 2600? and also, i'll hopefully be able to get a new PSU cuz 350 watts sucks balls and I WANT MORE POWER!!! MUHAHAHAHHA!!! the card should also be more than enough to what i currently want to play and also i dont know how to flash the bios or anything so i'll have to learn that after i get all my scheiz running. about half of the people were also saying that their card had a 256-bit arcitecture, so hopefully mine will too.

The moble 2600+ comes with an unlocked multiplier which is a plus if you decide to overclock the processor.

i thought all (or at least most) athlons were unlocked? i dont like the idea of using a mobile because they have lower FSB and probably operate at a lower frequency than the regular XPs do. how much more of a difference is there between the two?
