im not going to be anal and need to run everything on max shadows etc, the one thing i want is to run games in 1920x1080 though

and whats the deal with everything on newegg? it looks like they all come with their own operating systems! i dont want that! i want to save money and install my own!
Of course they come with an OS installed. You generally can't buy an OEM system (laptop or desktop) without an OS. There are sites where you can order a custom built gaming laptop though. You should expect to pay $1000 or more for something decent.
