I've been having problems with games quitting while I'm playing them. It started with Halo, which I now believe is just a driver issue. But now, even when i play madden 2003 (which has worked perfectly before) it just closes and goes back to the desktop after playing for a little while, 45 mins to an hour i suppose, as do any others games I try to play. What are the chances that this is all related to a bad PSU? I have an enermax 430W PSU, which i have had problems with in the past mind you, with dead leads. I was also thinking heat could be a factor, but my temps do not go over 47-48 at full load.

The lead to the vid. card is good (using it directly to the PSU instead of the adapter.. bad idea?) Thanks for any input.

I would seriously doubt its a psu related problem, if it were i think you'd fine your computer would just die power wise. have u updated your graphics card drivers, games suddenly quitting back to the desktop are usually gfx card realated problems, especially with ATI cards, for instance the recent problems its had with playing call of duty. My advice would be to update your drivers and see if the problem persists.
