ok, i have a problem with all my games running smoothly
i have beyond the requiremnets for all the games im trying to run
but it starts to lag then it goes back into running normally
can anyone think what this problem might be?

I was hoping for a little more detail. Like the exact CPU, motherboard/chipset, RAM type & speed, etc. But I guess that's too difficult.

Scan for viruses & spyware, use CCleaner, run MSCONFIG & disable unnecessary startup programs, install all the latest drivers, defrag your HDD.

You can also try and Ending all programs b4 playing under Task Manager...this will free up some room for you since your system really is all that big.
