Quote " I have GeoForce 4 9600 Radeon ", fistly a Geforce 4 and a 9600 Radoen are totally diffrent cards, one by Nvidea and the other by ATI. Without us knowing exactly what card you have, its little help, however i would say its a driver problem as the spec of you machine is fine. Chuck us a reply with the actual model of your card and we may be able to help further!

Any other software running in background? Screensaver or so? After what time kicked out? Maybe kicked out cause of to less memory
left by system... else run Games in higher priority mode.
Dont seems to be a graphiccard-failture,or are you kicked directly when games starts?
then it is.

Im pretty sure im having this same exact problem, only im playing counterstrike. It lets me play for a little while...say like 2 or 3 minutes than the program closes and i return to the desktop, no error message, no reason, nothing. I have a GeForce4 MX-64Mb, im running windows xp with athlon xp 2600+, 256 RAM and 80gig HD

If anyone has any other suggestions it would be great...Thanks
