I'm having trouble with my new graphics card. It's a Club3D 7600gt. Games crash, some more frequently than others (For example, Painkiller I can usually play for about 20 minutes before it crashes, HL2 Lost Coast I can't even get past the first part). I also got a blue screen error once with the BAD_POOL_HEADER error. I've got the latest drivers and updates for Windows. I read somewhere that I should turn off AGP fast writes in the BIOS but I don't see the option for it. I'm sure it's the graphics card as when I disable it and use the onboard gpu games play fine ( as in they don't crash at all). Any help would be good.

I should add that it only happens when playing games, if i'm just browsing the net or something it is fine.

"nv4_disp.dll"

I would say the above indicates a driver issue. Make sure you disable the onboard in the BIOS. There may be several settings that need to be addressed...enable/disable, shared memory, initial display, but they may be worded differently. Also, make sure to disable the onboard in Device Manager & uninstall the drivers for the onboard.

Use these drivers for your 7600GT:

Hi
I've disabled the onboard in the BIOS but I can't see the onboard in device manager. I think this motherboard detects a new gfx card automatically. These are my specs anyway:
Gigabyte GA-M55plus-S3G
AthlonX2 3800 AM2
Corsair Value Select 1gb
Tagan 480w

I'm not getting the BSODs anymore but I get these weird lines and artifacts in games instead:
