My game controller is listed in game controllers under control panel, but has status: not connected, even though im definite i have connected the controller to the correct port. Is this maybe because i need a new driver for my "genius speed wheel formula" to be compatable? I have also tried using its disk to install the software through the "add hardware" process, but at the end it i recieved an error saying: "An error has occurred during installation of the device. The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade the device." It also alerts me to knowing that the hardware is not digitally signed, could this also be part of the problem? Any help muchly appreciated, thanks!
