Today, when I went to play UT2004, I got about 30 seconds into the game, and then my computer just reboots. I then tried America's Army, same thing(reboot). Ive turned off 'auto restart' in hopes of seeing some for of blue screen error message, but when I went to play game again, the computer did bring up the blue screen, but there was nothing written, just a blank blue screen. I've reinstalled drivers up to the newest omega drivers, did not help my situation though. I've also checked all fans, they are running, so I doubt its overheating. Can someone please help me out here?? Thanks.

nothing overclocked

PS - I played yesterday with no problems whatsoever. It just randomly started happening today. No changes have been made to system since then.

You need a bigger and better power suppy!

I would get nothing smaller than a 450 with that setup!! Antec True 550W would be my choice.

Joeteck,

Your Wattage calculator is the same as this one:

http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/

And although I've posted the link before for others to help determine their PSU needs, I don't have a lot of faith in it. It tells me all I need is 226 watts? That's ridiculous! LOL

This site gives a much better explanation of what wattage is necessary & more importantly, what amperage:

I've got 600watts to play with on my PSU. I think it should be handling it fine with 3 hard drives, plus the other standard stuff. Thanks for the tips though.

Yeah, that wattage Calculator I found to be in accurate, where I modified and added real wattages to make it work correctly. How can your sysetm take only 226Watts?

Watts aren't everything. Look for at least 18A on the +12v rail too.

MICROSOFT HAS ISSUED a Knowledge Base article which says that if you install Windows XP SP2 on a machine with an AMD 64-bit chip your computer may repeatedly re-start.
