Game issues on new computer build

Specs: Windows 10
Hi Guys,

Just got a new pc, with windows 10 pre-installed, and i manually added my hard drives from my old pc into the new pc, however none of my games on the old hard drives seem to load and i get various error messages.

Any ideas why the games wont load from the old hard drives?

Or would i have to completely reinstall all the games again on the new hard drive with the os?

Not necessarily installed to the new HDD with the OS, but they will have to be reinstalled.

If you can figure out what folder the game saves its files to, you can copy them back into the new folder for your saved history.
You may also be able to move the old file folders from the old installation into the proper folder on the new machine where you are going to direct the install to go to. When the installer sees the files and folders, it will use the latest versions of each file like a repair installation and accept everything else while it installs the necessary registry keys.
Most games will allow you to reinstall to a newer machine, the problem happens when two machines try to get updates with the same key in the same time frame. We are not talking about Microsoft here so they should not be as picky.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
