i have a athlon 64 3200+ o/c to 2.4ghz stable, xfx6800gs xxx edition, 1gb(512x2) ram, Thermaltake TR2 W0070 430W. now for my problem. i play halo for like 30 minutes or so and then my comp freezes then restarts??!! the graphics card doesnt go above 63c when at full load and just restarts. my comp is well vented and i do regular clean ups. i have the lastest drivers for the card 81.98. i have ran prime95, memtest, super pi, and 3dmark01,03 and 05 to check for stableness. i dont know what causes this problem but i hope it can be fixed.

Try backing off on your overclock. You don't have a great board & the fact that it restarts means it's NOT stable. Did you lower the HTT multi to 4x? Did you adjust the settings so that you're not over-overclocking the RAM? Did you lock the PCI at 33MHz & the PCI-e at 100MHz?
