Game crashes whilst playing

Hey guys, hope you've all been keeping well! I'm having a problem, whenever i play World Of Warcraft, every so often by computer will just completly freeze, can't move mouse, can't ctrl, alt + delete. So i'm having to reset my computer when ever this happens, which i doubt it appreciates much as im going to destropy my computer doing it all the time. There's no patterns in when it will crash, sometimes i can play for hours without a proiblem, sometimes i can barly play for 5 mins. Thanks alot Any help would be greatly appreciated

well i have the same problem going on and if its not a freeze its a crash tho i have 60 fps on some places 15 in major cites and 30 outdoors and it crashes 70% when i zone in 2 an instance , arena or even while iam moving around plz help me
