playing a classic game starcraft not exactly hight power specs and requirements loads ok can play for about 30 mins or so then Tick screen goes black and pc restarts or it just screws up and freezes and i have to restart anyway

psu 400wat last point when it did this i took a photo of me bios at the temperature department amd it was
cpu temp was 49 deg
sys temp was 29 deg
cpu warning temp 65deg
cpu shutdown temp 75deg
The simplest solutions are the best and they are often save you money

Can be a number of things..
Outdated Drivers, Overheating(GPU or CPU), Bad RAM, and many other possibilities.
First install the latest drivers for everything including motherboard, video card, sound card, everything. Next, update your BIOS if you could, install the service packs, and see if the problem persists.
Try using a different video card, hopefully a spare one that you have, and see if the problem is solved. Check if your video card is overheating or not, since you didn't mention anything about the video card. Try checking if you have bad RAM too.

i have a spare but for unknown reasons it will not give any output so remains gathering dust its a sweet gainward 6600gt would love more than anythin in the world to use it but it wont play ball is there any softare you could reccomend to monitor my gpu temperature tried the coolbits on the driver cd no good
