Definitely go ahead and get the FX5700LE. It's only about $20-$20(US) (I got mine for $84 US over at newegg.com) more and features a FULL DirectX 9.0 set of instructions, unlike the 5200. The 5200 is "almost" as fast in most basic DX7/8 games, but the 5700 offers much better visual quality and can be overclocked much more to give you full 5700 (non-LE) performance!
Go 5700 all the way!!!!
