I've heard about downloading starcraft onto your harddrive so you don't need the cd... how do you do this? My cd cracked and i'm too lazy to go buy a new one.

I'm in somewhat of the same boat. I installed Starcraft on my computer, and put the CDs into my CD-folder.

Later on the CD cases were thrown away. I bought a new computer, and now can't install Starcraft on my current computer. Blizzard says that I can just send my manual in to them, but I did the same thing that I do with all my manuals -- after reading them I toss them (what, you think I have shelf space for upteen dozens of manuals to be kept in my miniscule apartment?).
