fps in wow

Specs: Windows Vista
Hey i seem to be getting a very low FPS but it seems to be stuck on 10 no matter were i am i have never seen it move this is wth all my settings at the lowest no shodows or spell detail etc. and i have tryed it on the higest reselution and the lowest and still it just 10fps and im sure my computer can easily run the game with the higher settings but when i turn everything in the video settings to 'Ultra' im frame rate drops to 1 and even if i turn most of it off it will still linger at 4-5 and i am just curious as to if anyone can help me please.

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+ (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 10
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 6600

If any more information is needed remind me and ill wack it up.

The 6600 isn't a very good card. Keep the game settings low & the resolution on something like 1024 x 768. And make sure all your drivers are up to date...especially the motherboard chipset & the video card drivers.
