edit your ut2004.ini folder manualy, then make it a read only file.

ok if you are using ut 99 which is what i think you mena by goty then you should be able to set it inside the game in display if not open the unrealtournemt.inf file in x:\unrealtornament\systen and lok for the d3d entry drivers or whatever you are using open gl ect and set the resolution there you can also mess around with the refresh rae for a smother game if you need to
