Specs: Windows 7
First time pc build. Am I getting the right components?
Here are the things i am going to buy, I need to know if it's a good build and if they will all work
together! PS: its for a gaming computer to play BF3 on high settings.

You're still going to need a standard HDD to install your games to. The SSD is for the OS. And you didn't list a power supply?

so if i install a SSD then i will need a HDD as well?
And the power supply i will have no trouble with, that's why i didn't list it.

Yes, you will want to install most applications, games, save music, videos and data to a hdd.

Humor us and list the power supply anyway.

okay, let me clear this up! srry!
This desktop will be for gaming purposes ONLY. i already have a laptop that is used for songs, movies, and internet surfing.
And the power supply will be
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular High Performance Power Supply compatible with Intel Sandybridge Core i3 i5 i7.

the ssd is generally low storage you need a hdd for any larger things eg games the ssds are faster and are therefore used as boot drives to high proformace PC
