First Gaming rig, need a second opinion

Specs: Windows XP
Hi, I'm building a computer for the first time and I've decided to build a gaming rig. I've chosen all of the parts but I would like to get a second opinion. So if any one can check out my picks and see if there are any flaws in my build, like the possibility of bottle necking and incompatibilities and things of that nature. So if anyone can make a comment on them that would be great.

CPU: Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) SC EE
RAM: A-Data Gaming Series 6GB DDR3 1600
