FIFA 2006- game freezes

Nearly every time I play Fifa 2006 (especially online) I get the same problem at exactly the same point. The game seems to play fine (smooth & fast) until a slow motion replay takes place (i.e. after a goal is scored or a shot is taken etc..). The slow motion involves a close up of players in greater detail. At this point the game usually freezes for about 20-30 seconds before crashing and the whole system reboots. Sometimes I get an error relating to the display drivers. I am currently using NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX 440- I'll post the exact error message when it next happens.
