hey guys i have 6800 gt agp 8x
i cant see or select 8xaa or 16xaa in games like fear call of duty 2 battlefield 2
i can only see and select 2x and 4x my card support 8x sadly dont support 16x

What?
What's your question?
Sure the card supports 8xAA but maybe the game doesn't, and your system would seize up to a halt with 8xAA on in any game.
You could go into the nVidia settings through your desktop and find FSAA, and turn the slider from "application controlled" to whatever you want.

in invidia display properties i can select 8x but in games i cant i set application control option under display properties

Er, you're not getting AntiAliasting (AA) and AGP speed (1x, 2x, 4x, 8x) confused are you?
Anyway, unless you run at 640*480 16x AA will certainly kill a 6800

i never said im not getting aa im saying that my card support 8x aa but im games like fear and condemned i dont even see 8x i can only see and select 2x and 4x just fine i just unchecked application control in display properties for aa now i selected 8x under display properties but still under games i cant see or select 8x

yeah, don't worry about that, that's just the way the game has been developed. If you select 8x AA from display properties then that's what you'll get. Run a couple of benchmarks if you think that isn't happening.

The game itself will not show the option for 8xAA unless the game was specifically written to support it. Nevertheless, you can "force" 8xAA on a game that does not support it by selecting the option in your Forceware image properties. But this does not mean that the option will magically show up in the game options menu.
Just trust that your video card is now displaying your games at 8xAA

but i saw on websites several website did fear benchmarks test i also rote fear and battlefeild2 tweak guide they all did the test with 8x aa and 16 x aa if they can select 8x y i cant

Oh man, they use the "Display Properties" window to do that, seriously, any keen gamer sets their prefs there and not in the game. You can never choose 2xQ in a game, for example, which is a great trade off if your PC is struggling with 4xAA.
