i built my computer recently and for about 3 months it has worked great. but recently i have had this really annoying problem, its showing all these weird lines vertically down the screen and its hard to see anyhing. do u think it might be power supply too? or a fuulty graphics card (radeon X800)

Are they colorful lines? Beacause that is referenced to a tab seperation. If they are just disortion lines try adjusting the cables connection from your graphics card to your monitor, it may be the cable it self or just the connection.
