.EXE not running

Certain programs like Stepmania and Immortals go into a blank screen after i double click the .exe then it returns to desktop,.. nothing happens.. other games work for me etc. warrock but not stepmania which im currently trying to play..

This is usually a video card related problem. Make sure that a) you have the latest version of the game b) your video card is supported and c) you have the latest drivers for your video card.
By the way, what video card do yo have?

Um Radeon 9600 series 256 MB but this game doesn't require a high graphics my drivers are omega drivers "the latest" it shouldn't be that, i've played stepmania on this computer before and it should work now..
