Comment:

about two weeks ago i got a new graphics card, the iceQ, when i put it in my PC it worked fine for a while and then games started to run really slow and the computer rebooted. After posting on this forum i figured out that it was the PSU which was only 200w!!! this ment the cooling fan wasn't spinning fast enought. I went and got another one @ 400w. however the fan still spins at the same speed and there is quite a lot of system instability again, so iv'e replaced my old card. does anyone know what else could be wrong other than the graphics card being broken???

On the back of the card, there is a switch which you can select high or low fan speeds, make sure it's on high, never had problems with my 9800 Pro Iceq, best card I have ever owned, could be a faulty card though

Strange problem, not sure what the problem could be

"p.s how much air does your iceQ blow out when set to high?"

Not sure, never took much notice, but does blow a lot of air as you can feel it, the air very hot to =)

If you bough it in store, take it back and get a new one and if the problems continue then you know it's a problem with you PC somewhere, that's what I would do =)

On mine, the low and high setting are almost the same, the high setting with me is just a bit faster, both speeds spin pretty fast though
