first, get the lastest patch then type 'dxdiag' (without the quotes) in the run option in the start menu and check if the direct x of yours is configured and installed correctly. and, finally, i noted u dont have 128 megs of ram, only 120. i m not sure but i think nba live needs 128 megs. check the minimum requirements.
