When I play any game on my computer, it disconnects my broadband.

I tried to connect while playing the game but I get 'Error 619'.

Could someone please tell me what this means and how to solve it?

hi, dunno if you still get the issue or something but anyway. heres a couple of steps to try.
1. If there are multiple modems set up on the computer make sure the dialer is looking at the correct one.
Make sure that no other programs such as fax software, supervoice, or other programs are using your modem.
2. Make sure the modem is not using any init strings. If it is, try removing these and rebooting to make sure that this is not being caused by the string.
3. When your computer comes up remove .pwl files, network settings, and dialup networking. Reboot your computer and add back dialup networking, your network components, reboot again.
