Hi Guys I Hope You all guys know about the reqirements of GTA 4
The recommended requirement is

Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz
2.5GB of RAM
geforce 8600GTS OR HD3870

I saw many articles of CPU and Honestly that E8500 Defeats Q6600 in the games.
And my Important question is that E8500 3.16Ghz can runs on high settings or not?

The ability to run high settings will be dictated more by the GPU than the CPU. If you have a decent video card, I see no reason why the E8500 would be a problem.

i have an e8500 and so far it is great with a lot better performance (owned for a few months now). Jam is totally right though, you CPU isn't gunna determine the best computer... it needs good GPU to beef it up.
