Specs: Windows 7, Intel i3 3.07 Ghz / 2GB DDR3
I have a nVidia GeForce 8400 GS Zotac Graphics Card, Is it possible to install another 8400 GS graphics card and use them both to get better performance?

Agreed. The 8400GS is an extremely low end card & does NOT support SLi. Even if it were possible, it would be pointless to run in SLi because there are SO many better single card choices that would outperform it. Get yourself one decent card & get rid of the crappy 8400GS. How about a Radeon HD 5670 with DDR5 memory?
