i remember i read something about Vsync, it said that it was design for CRT monitor. we all use LCD now. i dont see any difference when i turn Vsync on or off. i just get limited FPS when Vsync is on.

I use a LCD monitor and Vsync is heaps noticeable. Maybe your computer isn't making enough fps for Vsync to be needed.

Always use Vsync. It will keep the game flowing more constantly and prevent speed ups.
On CRT monitors it was used to prevent screen splitting when for example in an FPS if you would turn around rapidly you might get two or three lines horizontally with slightly different images, or images not in sync. This was the graphics card rendering either too slowly, or too fast for the CRT's refresh rate and the split screens were frame rendered ahead or behind the current frame. Vsync kept this from happening..... as much.
Summary: Depends on the game, but there may be a "sensitivity" setting in the game options. Otherwise, perhaps adjust the key "repeat rate" in your control panel's keyboard settings. -Ryan Adams http://RyanTAd...
Summary: Just uninstall and reinstall. I had to do this a few times before it worked. After you install, right click on cs in the game menue and make sure the update is at 100%. Shutle MN31N mobo 2500+ Barto...
