Hello, I recently bought a new computer, and for the most part it runs ok, except for last night and today when I tried to play World of Warcraft. Just installed it last night, but when I tried playing today, i have wierd distortions and flashes in the display. At the charactor selection screen, for example, if I open a dialog box, the display will flash for a second and look as if its skipping frames. When I actaully play, that goes away, but somthing worse happens: randomly the display will go blank for 5 seconds, but I can still hear sound. Eventually I quit, and when I did, I had this message in the traybar: "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. The display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered." This does not happen to any other games I have. Any ideas? Graphics card is an Intel 82945G, 224mb built in card.
Yeah, Intel graphics SUCK! If you want to play WOW & play it well, you're gonna have to invest in a decent gaming video card. And it certainly doesn't help that you're running Vista. You definitely should consider adding another 1GB of RAM too.

Woh, that proves just how ignorant you are. Please find a corner and go there in shame, after you've been through this thread: http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?...
