Directx 9.0c instl problem

Hello,

I have a problem. When I install a new game it starts checking Directx for old files. During this check it suddenly stops. "The game couldn't be installed because this game needs Directx version 9.0c or higher to be installed". So, I checked my version via dxdiag. I DO HAVE 9.0c installed. When I checked all the remarks in dxdiag on the next tabs. I saw at the tab Network that there are a few errors. I have copied them below.

The first half is important. I translated the first sentence, from Dutch, to make it a bit easier. The second half is from old games. So they don't matter. I think. I also would like to know if I can remove these, and how.

Anyway can anyone please help me with this problem? I don't know what to do. Maybe I am a little to straightforward to already post my errors. But still I appreciate any help.

Yes I think so, ASUSRadeon9550 does support it. But what does full fledged mean?

On some cards, for example the Radeon 9200. There is DX9 compatibility, ofcourse this is via software since the card doesn't offer full DX9 hardware support.

However, it doesn't mean that the Radeon 9200 won't play DX9 games. Rather, the card just won't support some DX9-specific features from newer DX9 games.

Ya, I have experienced this too which I have Radeon 9200.
Although DirectX 9c is successfully installed, but it cant run any game. Not even one (even the old game).
By the way, does anyone know how to fix that?

I think I have to buy a new PC with beter hardware and faster bus speeds. Upgrading Isn't wothwhile.
