Im currently having problems installing DirectX 9.0c. When I try to install it I get an error saying that the cabinet neccesary for the installation cannot be trusted and I need it to play a game I just purchased. Any suggestions?

I am currently having the same problems trying to install DirectX 9.0c. Everytime I try to install it it says a cabinet file is not trusted and the whole thing goes off, it doesnt say which file cant be trusted or how to eliminate the problem.
