Hi.. I tried to run a program and the direct3d would not work. So i opened the Directx Diagnostic and it said:
Direct3D Functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is the final version from the hardware manufacturer. The problem is.. When i look in the device box, Everything says n/a, and it says its on a generic driver. What should i do to make direct3d work?

Appears some of your hardware's drivers are not compatible with whatever version of DirectX you're running (probably DX9). Most likely cuplrits are sound card and/or video card. Update those drivers.
