Direct 3D Problem Please Help

I have just bought this Lord of the rings ROTK video game and as soon as I run the game it gives me this error message.
Could not find any compatible Direct 3D devices with the required capabilities. Make sure you have current drivers for your video card.
It might be asking to upgrade my video card driver but Im not sure how to do that so if anyone has a solution for both problems then please reply.
Oh and my requirements do meet the recommended requirements of the game they are Radeon 7000 64MB SDR,192MB Ram,20GB, and 850MHZ.

LOTR-The Return of The Kings runs perfectly with my Jetway GeForce FX5200 (128MB) which is a DirectX 9 graphics card. Perhaps upgrade to at least FX5200/FX5700 or a Radeon 9600/9800/X800.

wow 850Mhz?? aint it too slow for newer games?? i'd say upgrade your system and get a decent card like Radeon 9200 128MB or 9600 Pro or even better get a Radeon 9800 Pro...system w/ a 256MB DDR333 and AMD Xp2000+ should do just fine...
