Okay, I ordered a Dell XPS a few weeks ago, it came to my house, I plug in the AC, the computer turns on and then turns off in 1-2 seconds. I press the power button many times, nothing happens. BUT everytime I reseat (unplug and plug again) it turns on for 1 second and turns off again. Now this is what we (as in me and tech support) have gone through. I took out the RAM, computer actually stayed on. So we figured it was the RAM, they sent me replacement RAM, same problem later. We replaced the Motherboard after that, SAME problem.

After that they actually sent me a brand new XPS instead of making me go through hoops all the time. SAME PROBLEM.

Please tell me is wrong with these computers. Is my power in the room or something? These are two brand new computers. Thanks guys.

Specs are here.
+ Intel Core2 Duo processor E6300 (1.86GHz,1066FSB) w/DualCore Technology and 2MB cache
+ 2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz
+ 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 Dual-GPU Graphics Card
+ 250GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/ DataBurst Cache
+ 16X DVD+R/RW CD-RW CombinationDrive
+ 750 Watt Power Supply

That is pretty much the basic hardware.

NOTE: Please reply quick thank you in advance.
