How much are you will to spend? This is the best you are going to do with PCI. It will be a huge boost in video performance over what you have now, but as for is it worth it? There's no point in buying a 9400GT for the PCI bus, anyway. Any card faster than the GeForce 6200 or FX-5500 will be limited by PCI.
