If you're in the US, watch for sales at OfficeMax, Circuit City, CompUSA, BestBuy, etc. You can usually find Kingston 512MB PC3200 for about $50-60 after rebate.
If you don't wanna go the rebate route, try Newegg.com. They have a lot of different brands at different prices, the lowest price is about $60 (+ shipping).

Pricewatch.com or newegg.com I got a 256mb DDR PC3200 stick from newegg.com for ~$30. Unless there's a mega sale going on, don't go retail for PC components that expensive. I asked around retail store for the same PC3200 and the closest anyone had was a PC2700 128mb for $85. Seriously!
