Hi guys,
i had problem with my desktop, i got dc when playing 2moons / dekaron online. my router is netgear with 2 laptops connected via wireless and a dekstop through lan. my problem is when playing online games it will dc always within 2~7 mins using my desktop with the game 2moons. but in my 2 laptops no dc occured in the same online game. no problem at all. i thought i will switch my lan connection in my desktop to a wireless adapter? i think wireless connection is more stable in gaming than in lan connection using desktop. anyone have same problem as mine? any suggestion and advice is highly appreciated.

Thank You,

While you're using the desktop, is anyone else using the router with you? More importantly is someone else using a wireless connection or a gaming console? I ask because my daughter and I found that router connection was very unstable, especially if there was more than one item using the router at the same time. For instance, if I was on XBox Live and my daughter turned on her laptop, within a few minutes, I would be disconnected from XBox live. It's only one router and I know at least in my house we had several things plugged into it and if more than 1 was active at a time the connection became unstable, especially if it was something data heavy like gaming.
