So.. i bought counter-strike:source cause i'm a big fan of 1.6 so before i purchased it i got a new GFX card and some RAM to go alongside it
now i can play slightly decent scoring about 30 fps with a fps saver skin pack 20- fps on maps with higher detail
so..
what is the component that CS:S uses mainly?

I'm pretty sure that it isn't the RAM because i checked task manager>processes and hl2.exe [counter-strike: source] only uses around 200000k of mem
However i'm concerned mainly about the CPU because i've heard that source engines are processor hungry.
