CSS lag issues resolved

Posted 2 days ago regarding intermittent lagging whilst playing CSS.
All it was is that my VIA chipset drivers needed updating. CSS now runs between 80-90 FPS with everything maxed up.
I advise anyone having lagging issues to update to the latest drivers, especially if you have via chipsets.
Another thing you can also try is to put the following into the console
