I have been recieving a great many application errors latly, I wonder if the source of the problem is commen to all.
These crashes mainly occure in games when I change the resoltution via the game menu. Or in 3D rendering programs as I attempt to exit the program. It seems they get confused and just crash to the desktop followed by an error code. I even remember some crashing before the applacation even loads, but never while actually running.
Hopfully someone can help me understand these error codes a liitle bit more.

I have dozen or so more from different programs. They all report the samething, a "faulting application" ***.exe; faulting module ***.exe at a "fault address" 0x0022cdbb.

Unfortunately, that error message is very generic. CB is right. I'd even go so far as stop overclocking and try it. If it works, then your overclock is obviously not stable.
I dont understand what you mean by "that error message is very generic"? I clicked the copy to clipboard command in the Event viewer.
I do not believe its my overclock. Correct me if im wrong, but arent "fault address" errors associated with memory, yet my RAm is running at almost stock settings, 206MHz.
I downloaded Prime95 and I'm running it right now, as i type. No errors after 30mins+ My system is at full load to! Take a look at this, Windows Task Manager, 100% CPU usage shot.
I will run these programs all day long, but I already know I'll get the same results with no errors.
BTW: I dont have a floopy drive, so I cant use memtest. -STUPID QUOTE- "Traditionally, most of Australia's imports come from overseas." - Keppel Enderbery

I mean that Microsoft error messages have a few that are very non-descript. This is one of those error messages. You did everything right in how you posted it.

It is data in a memory address, but the question is how did that data in the memory become a problem. If the CPU put corrupt memory into RAM, then the CPU could very well be the issue, which would lead me to believe it's the overclocking.
I'm not saying this IS the issue, but you have to dial back to normal stock to rule it out. Being that is easy and free, I'd start there first.
Copy your settings down and dial it back to normal. It's not hard. ;-)
