Your question is like saying, "my car keeps stalling, what's wrong?" LOL!
We need more of an explanation of your problem, plus we need to know your system specs...board make/model, CPU, RAM, video card, power supply (wattage & amperage on the +12v rail), system temp, CPU temp...that will get us started

Like jam says, be more specific with your problem. Give specs from your system and if at all possible any error codes or messages that come up.
Also, try and troubleshoot a bit yourself before you post. If it gives you a driver in the error code, google the driver and see what it is. For example, if it's a video driver, reinstall your video drivers. If that doesn't help, you could be looking at more serious issues, which you then post up here for jam to answer ;)

Frequent crashes could mean your PC's overheating. If it consistantly crashes within a certain amount of time, like after a few minitues of being on. Make sure all the fans (or whatever cooling system you may have) are running correctly. But there are still countless of other reasons why this is happening, so please, give us more info. :-)
