When I play counter-strike, in the middle of gameplay it crashes and says illegal operation HL caused an invalid page fault in module <gameui.dll> at 0000:b0145380. Registers:... It just resently started doing this can anyone plz help me I really want to play CS again. Thanx in advance :)

Are you runnning CS through Steam (As WON ceases to exist soon)?
Try this:
1. Delete a file called 'liblist.gam' in C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\email@hotmail.com\counter-strike\cstrike
2. go to: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps
Then delete the counter-strike.gcf file. When you reopen Steam, you will have to re-install CS again. This is the last option of course. But if you have a good internet connection, it'll be up and running in no time.
