I started play counter-strike again the past few days. I've noticed that when i am in game, my ventrilo ping suddenly rises to 400+ and i host it! Usually the ventrilo ping is 0. With the ping that high, Whenever a push to talk theres a 5 second+ delay. The ping in game is fine its just effects ventrilo for some reason. Anyone know any solution(s) to this problem.

Thanks in Advance

Lack of RAM would be my guess.
