In counter strike source whenever i alt+tab out of the game i get a constant pulsating flash. I am almost certain it is to do with resolution as it only happens when my resolution of the game and desktop resolution are the same. Is there a simple fix to this problem?

not all the game support alt+tab. some games dont work normally after alt+tab. some cant even get back. give it some times, cs needs like 5-10 seconds to get back to the game. well, mine does.
