If you're only using one CD pack for two computers, you might get caught by online authentication of the licensed product meaning that one or both of you might have trouble playing the game or accessing the program if it's found that the same licensed product has been installed on two systems. The default license for all games is one CD per system. It's also default that the game will need the CD to run even though it's being installed, so if you have only one CD that means that only one computer will be able to run the game at a time.
