Everytime i join a Counter-Strike server it exits, gives me a error saying no connection and i have to reinstall my router every time...can anyone help me with this please???

LOL...Don't use VNC unless you tunnel it in SSH or some kind of VPN. Horribly insecure...

I can't play properly, it lags like hell with 5 ping?! !!!

This also happens with DoD:S and sometimes with HL:2DM.
