Ok so here it is, I buy my girlfriend the sims 2 for christmas because she wants it, but I didn't realize that I got the DVD Edition (yeah yeah I know) so I wanted to know if i can take and zip all of the info on the disk and then burn it to a CDR, so that she can copy it to her computer and then play it. The reason I ask is because she does not have a DVD rom at this time. If anyone knows how they can help me please let me know any help is greatly aprreciated, thank you for your time

you can try to copy all the data from the disk onto your hard drive and then make it one file with winrar/winzip, then split the file into 2, then burn onto 2 cd's.
