CPU/Ram: 3400/1gig

I have just bought a vantec spectrum http://www.cluboc.net/reviews/cooling_devices/vantec_spectrum_fc/
It works nicely and cools the top side of my graphics card well. Is this enough cooling to start overclocking my 9800pro properly.

no it is not...it can't be...if you get overheating problems it won't be from too much cooling for sure...i have 15 fans in my comp and it heats my room during winter hehe...trust me..ur comp is better off with lots of fans
